I am a set designer for opera, theatre, and film, currently living in New York City. My design process involves observing and interpreting reality through the dramaturgical lens of the piece I am working on: whether studying and recording precise architectural details or inventing an abstract aesthetic language of my own, I approach every project as an opportunity to gain some new insight into the world.

Recent opera designs include work with Peabody Opera Theatre, Eastman Opera Theatre, Manhattan School of Music, NYU/Steinhardt, and the YIVO Institute.

Recent theatre designs include work with Portland Theatre Festival, Chain Theatre NYC, and the Lee Strasberg Institute.

As an associate designer, my work has been seen on stages and in opera houses across the country and internationally. On Broadway, I served as associate set designer for English (design by Marsha Ginsberg, direction by Knud Adams) and Days of Wine and Roses (design by Lizzie Clachan, direction by Michael Greif).
